On the checkout page where you enter your contact and payment information:

Be sure the email address you use is the same one used for your paypal account. Simply enter the word 'paypal' into the box where the credit card number would normally go and when we see it (usually the next business day) we'll send a paypal bill to you that you can pay, after which we can begin to process your order.
